In the event of a parent or designated person not arriving to collect their child the club will follow the procedure below:

• Make every effort to contact parents or designated people by mobile phone every 10 minutes.

• A member of the committee (who are all fully CRB checked) will wait with the child for up to half an hour.

• After half an hour it will be necessary for social services to be contacted to take care of the child.
